THE FAVOURITE strangely is Yorgos Lanthimos’ gentlest and most mainstream film. It’s a darkly off-kilter historical drama that is beautifully shot as we watch horrible people struggle for dominance in a dirty and idiosyncratic world.
Seeing one of my most anticipated films of the year, THE FAVOURITE from Yorgos Lanthimos, really close to the end of the year. 🍿
